Structure of Gymstick

The stick is made of light and durable fibreglass. Its length is 130 cm, or as long as the grip of a weightlifting bar.

There are specially designed stoppers at the ends of the stick for attaching the exercise bands. The stoppers are made of soft and enduring rubber. They are custom-made for GYMSTICK exercise bands only.

The grips are made of soft foam, and therefore it is easy to hold the stick even when your hands are sweaty.

GYMSTICK exercise bands are made of premium quality latex rubber. The latex is specifically designed for exercise, and therefore it is extremely durable and elastic.

The exercise bands have an attachment mechanism and a loop at both ends. The attachment mechanism makes it easy to attach and detach the bands. You can set the loops under your feet or you can hold them in your hands instead. This means that your workouts can be as comprehensive as you like.

The GYMSTICK bag is made of thick and water resistant fabric. The bag is the same colour as the GYMSTICK.

The GYMSTICK comes with a 32-page manual, which includes clear instructions for GYMSTICK workouts.

Structure of Telescopic Gymstick

The Telescopic GYMSTICK is made of light and durable fibreglass. The stick consists of three pipes. When the stick is opened, it is 117 cm long; when it is closed it is 71 cm long and fits easily into a suitcase.

The Telescopic GYMSTICK has a simple and endurable quick lock –mechanism.

A part of the quick lock –mechanism can be used as a grip during the exercises.
